This notification is to inform you that the recent unplanned network issue impacting service(s) has now been resolved as per below:

Resolution Update:
Our upstream provider has carried out an emergency reset to a network device believed to the root cause of the issue, we are continuing to monitor however believe the issue to have been resolved from 12:30pm AEST.
Once again, the OurISP support team thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
Should your customers still be experiencing any issues please raise a support request as per the normal fault reporting process.
